Gadling.com has this great article about "the Big Bunny," the DC-9-32 Hefner had delivered that year. The jet featured a private quarters with an elliptical bed. It also included: a bar (naturally), big screen, and "discoteque."

Groovy. Or it was until things went a bit south at Playboy (in the 70s) and Heff had to sell it to Venezuela Airlines...
