Itsy Bitsy Ramen & Whiskey
This downtown hotspot can be found on the ground floor of the Ogden near the busy intersection of Las Vegas Boulevard and Fremont Street. It's stylish yet casual, with a small but affordable selection of Asian snack food. The new summer dishes expand the menu with plenty of fun and creativity.
Zaru Soba - Buckwheat noodles with tentsuyu, grated daikon, ginger and green onions.
Hiyashi Chuka Ramen - Cold ramen noodle salad with eggs, tomato, julienne cucumbers, corn, chashu, ginger, crab and sesame dressing.
Menchi Katsu Burger - Fried hamburger steak stuffed with mozzarella cheese and topped with sauteed onion and shiitake mushrooms with spicy mayo and tonkatsu sauce.
Chicken Katsu Sandwich - Crispy chicken topped with shaved cabbage, tomato and spiced tonkatsu sauce.
Sushi Burrito - A rotating daily fish or meat selection that comes wrapped in soy paper and nori.
32 Steaks + Martinis
The Hard Rock's signature steakhouse is one of the best places to grab a meal just off the Strip. An inventive menu helps it stand out from the crowded field of restaurants serving red meat in Vegas. The new summer dishes are no exception and take advantage of ingredients that are at their peak of their freshness this time of year
Charred Octopus and Black Angus Filet Carpaccio - Prepared with Spanish chorizo, pine nut tapenade, petite greens, quail egg and aged sherry reduction.
Diver Scallops - Seared scallops, octopus, tapenade, basil-black garlic and red pepper.
Lobster Escargot - Made with herb and hazelnut butter, basil pesto, barrel-aged balsamic and extra virgin olive oil.
Chateau Filet Wellington - 16-ounce black angus filet with wild mushroom duxelles in a wrapped puff pastry and served with potato puree, creamed spinach, mushrooms, bordelaise and bearnaise.
Salute
This Italian restaurant has been winning fans for traditional favorites and modern dishes since it opened at the Red Rock Resort last year. It's now mixing things up with a few new additions for the season.
Sole Francese - Served with wild arugula and lemon.
Risotto Verde - Risotto mixed with wild shrimp, peas and asparagus.
Cioppino - A traditional recipe of fresh shellfish and sea bass in a broth of vine-ripened San Marzano tomatoes.
Cleo
Specializing in Mediterranean cuisine, Cleo is one of the best reasons to visit the SLS Las Vegas on the Strip. A summer four-course dinner menu comes with optional wine pairings.
First Course - A choice of dip with laffa bread, shrimp kebab or chicken kebab
Second Course - A choice of harira soup, chopped salad, Greek salad or tomato and burrata salad.
Third Course - A choice of garlic shrimp, chicken tagine, grilled octopus, seasonal mushroom flatbread, grilled hanger steak, roast lamb or lamb tagine
Fourth Course - Dessert choices of sticky toffee pudding, Greek yogurt and berries or a warm cinnamon apple torte.
El Dorado Cantina
This Mexican restaurant is perfect for health nuts, with carefully sourced ingredients that are organic and GMO-free whenever possible. Even better… it's right next store to the Sapphire gentlemen's club. Stop by and check out a few new items to help turn up the heat during the summer months.
Chapulines - Grasshoppers (yes!) sauteed and served in two flavors: garlic lime or spicy habanero. The dish is an old favorite returning to the menu.
Mahi Burrito - Chargrilled wild mahi with Mexican cheeses, fresh organic guacamole, cabbage, roasted corn and chipotle ranch inside a warm flour tortilla.
