Hexx Kitchen + Bar
The Sugar Factory at the Paris resort has been given a massive makeover with a remodeled dining room and upgraded menu, while keeping one of the best outdoor patios you’ll find anywhere on the Strip. Itsy Bitsy Ramen & Whiskey
The name of this downtown restaurant already clues you in on a couple of the specialties. But the entire menu of Asian-inspired bites offers a small but diverse selection of plates, like the sushi hand rolls, that are perfect for sharing.

Dinner by the water doesn’t get much better than this. Julian Serrano’s latest Las Vegas venture at the Bellagio offers Italian cuisine served in small, yet sharable portions with a view of the resort’s iconic fountains.

346 Patisserie
It’s worth the drive to Henderson to see the worlds of science and the culinary arts collide. The dessert shop pulls out secret weapons like dry ice and blow torches to make everything just right, including macaroons and custom-flavored gelatos.
