Las Vegas is always jam-packed for the three-day Memorial Day Weekend. It generally marks a shift from spring to summer before the sunny weather reaches triple-digit levels. Check out the top reasons to hit Vegas for the holiday.
The Nightlife
The nightclubs in Vegas will be busy all weekend long. KAOS, the hottest nightlife venue in town after opening in April, is hosting performances by Marshmello, Armin Van Buuren and Kaskade. Back on the Strip, the Wynn will welcome the Chainsmokers, David Guetta and Kygo to XS. Another hot lineup includes Zedd, Martin Garrix and Calvin Harris at Omnia inside Caesars Palace. Meanwhile, fans of Tiesto, Steve Aoki and Tyga will pack Hakkasan at the MGM Grand. Contact VegasGiant at 702-476-0001 for VIP entry, exclusive tables and bottle service for any of these nightclub events.
The Shows
Las Vegas is a mecca for entertainment. Top acts taking the stage for Memorial Day Weekend include Janet Jackson with her brand new residency at the Park Theater and Celine Dion, who's nearing the end of her run at the Colosseum at Caesars Palace. For a blast of the past, New Kids on the Block are bringing their Mixtape Tour to the Mandalay Bay Events Center with special guests Tiffany and Debbie Gibson. Contact VegasGiant at 702-476-0001 for access to the best seats in the house.
The Pools
Dayclub season kicks into high gear over Memorial Day Weekend. Calvin Harris, Tiesto and Lil Jon will headline Wet Republic at the MGM Grand. Over at Encore Beach Club at the Wynn, the Chainsmokers and David Guetta play during the day while Major Lazer and Disclosure keep the party going into the early morning during the always-packed Nightswim events. Contact VegasGiant at 702-476-0001 for expedited entry and luxury cabana reservations.
The Natural Surroundings
A three-day holiday weekend is always a good excuse to explore Las Vegas beyond the Strip. Venture past the border of Boulder City for excursions to the Hoover Dam or the Grand Canyon — reachable in just 40 minutes by helicopter. It's also a popular time to visit protected natural environments at Valley of Fire, Red Rock Canyon and Lake Mead. For an easy change of pace, spend the day at Lake Las Vegas in Henderson, where golf courses sit side-by-side with luxury resorts. Lake Las Vegas will host a Sports Club Holiday Play Day with a pancake breakfast, pet parade by the water and a Blue Heron pool party on Saturday May 25. Contact VegasGiant at 702-476-0001 for luxury transportation options.
To experience Memorial Day Weekend in style, fly to Las Vegas on board a private jet charter with Cirrus Aviation Services. Flights can be booked by calling 702-472-9714. Even last-minute travelers can be wheels up in 90 minutes or less.
