Celebrate like a High Roller

If money is no object, Beauty & Essex has the treat for you. The restaurant at the Cosmopolitan has a $1,000 dessert package for Valentine's Day. It includes a brilliant cut white diamond encased in a chocolate sphere, jewelry boxes of doughnuts and chocolate hearts, a bottle of Veuve Clicquot rose and espresso macchiatos with sugar jewels in a heart-shaped locket. Only six packages will be available, so ask about availability when making a reservation.

Indulge in French Cuisine

Restaurant Guy Savoy is quiet and comfortable with gorgeous views of the Strip through floor-to-ceiling windows. Executive Chef Julien Asseo and his culinary team are serving up a multi-course Valentine's Day meal featuring grilled A5 Japanese wagyu, veal cheek, poached lobster ravioli and much more. Price is $340 per guest.

Enjoy a Taste of Italy

For something a little more casual, head to the Grand Canal Shoppes where you can enjoy a four-course meal at Mercato della Pescheria. The restaurant is serving oysters and caviar, octopus ragout, seared tuna and a triple chocolate mousse for $120 per couple with wine pairings for an additional $45. The atmosphere in St. Mark's Square encourages romance with Venetian-inspired waterways, street performers and Old World storefront facades.

Experience Neighborhood Dining

Andre's Bistro and Bar has a French-inspired four-course meal for Valentine's Day.
