If you ever wanted to see Captain Kirk perform live, now's your chance. William Shatner will take the stage with vocal group The Tenors this Friday night, March 3, at New York-New York's Zumanity Theater in Las Vegas. Shatner has been a hipster favorite ever since his 1968 spoken word rendition of "Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds" went viral decades later - so you know anything is fair game.
The act is just one of many for the annual One Night for One Drop event. The onstage spectacle also includes Redfoo from LMFAO, America's Got Talent Winner Grace VanderWaal and Cirque du Soleil performances. This is definitely one of those "only in Vegas" things and a great night of entertainment if you're in Vegas for the weekend.
The show, now in its fifth year, is a fundraiser for One Drop, an international nonprofit organization created by Cirque founder Guy Laliberte. The goal is to support access to safe water supplies around the world. Ever since the inaugural edition in 2013, more than $24 million has been raised for the cause.
The entertainment gets underway at 7:30 p.m. Friday and is followed by a poolside post-show extravaganza of food, drink and entertainment for VIP ticket holders. Fly into Las Vegas on board a private jet with Cirrus Aviation and enjoy a great night of entertainment for a wonderful cause. Call (702) 472-9714 today to reserve your flight and tickets.
